Few people on Facebook haven’t been accused of being a spammer. Only 1 member in the more than 500 million registered Facebook users decided to do something about it.

David Fagin is a writer and have decided to sue Facebook for $1. Yes, $1. It’s not about the money, but it is about creating awareness of the problem. Obviously David Fagin will also get a lot of publicity and his blog will get a lot more traffic.

If more people get into this, we can have some pretty interesting cases in the future.

I wonder if Facebook will settle out of court.
